The first room is an office area with tables set up for games, etc. Off of the office is a spacious children’s room with 2 bunk beds, a TV and a kids basketball net. The other 2 rooms on this floor are both large master bedroom suites. The largest master suite is a bedroom and sitting room combined with a 65” smart TV, a huge private deck with a swing and dining table. The master bath has a double vanity, a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub, and a huge walk in closet. Across the hall is another master suite with a king bed, 43” smart TV, nice size bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The large utility room/closet is off of this bathroom. Top level boast a large living room/kitchen/dining room with a panoramic view of the beautiful Tennessee River, a large sun room set up for dining and coffee area, and off of this, a huge deck just feet off of the river! It’s too beautiful to describe! The views are spectacular! Guest access Guest have access to a shared dock to swim and fish off of.
