Please make sure to not block the adjoining driveway or main driveway. Other things to note Enjoy the Perfect Lakeside Setting: This property features a 40-foot private dock with water about 5 feet deep at the end — ideal for swimming, fishing, or tying up your boat. You’ll have exclusive access to a 100-foot private, west-facing beach that provides cool shade in the morning and breathtaking sunsets each evening. Located on a quiet, one-lane road, it’s the perfect spot for peaceful walks and scenic bike rides. Please Note: The boat lift can accommodate boats up to 2,600 lbs and a maximum length of 19 feet. Due to the canopy, the lift is limited to boats with a clearance of 5–6 feet above the water. A bow rider or fishing boat will fit comfortably, but larger boats—such as wakeboard boats—will need to tie up alongside the 40-foot dock instead.
