I regret to say that the kitchen including the microwave and fridge is NOT available for guest use. There is a small fridge in the room and I can provide a cool box if you need one. During your stay I will be available most evenings but occasionally have some commitments away from home. I am always available by text or through the Air BnB app. Other things to note Generally the house is peaceful and quiet. Now and again my grand children stay and I have 2 mature lodgers on the 2nd floor but they do not impact on the Air BnB guest.
