House: room rental I - upstairs

No fuss, in the original spirit of Airbnb in Sainte-Anne, I rent 2 separate bedrooms, with double beds, I welcome you to my living space. House located in a popular, rather quiet area. In the southern winter, we appreciate the noise of the sea on the pebbles. Ideal location for visits: church of Sainte-Anne, blue basin, distillery, Close to the Route des Plaines and close to the Route des Laves. Amenities: small shops, restaurants, high school... The space Simple dwelling house, under renovation (work) some stigmas of the cyclone, hence the presence of materials during the construction period. Guest access Guests have access to their rooms, including one room on the ground floor (rental 1) and another upstairs (rental 2). A shared bathroom and toilet are located on the ground floor. You have access to the terrace, the kitchen to heat a meal in the microwave or simple cooking and make coffee or tea. A small specific refrigerator is dedicated to you (some refreshments inside upon arrival). Presence of a small barbecue (charcoal not provided). Meals are on the terrace or table inside (no dining in the bedrooms). 2 vehicles can park in the courtyard (currently with the work, possibility to park 1 car inside and a second in front of the gate). Since I lived there, no incivility in the neighborhood. During your stay Guests will be able to contact me on my mobile, which I will give them when they arrive. Other things to note The house is located 25 - 30 minutes from the airport. Nearby restaurants and businesses. - 2 min walk to Sainte-Anne Technological High School (for those taking exams) - Perfect for hiking departures and pools. Close to the lava tunnels in Ste Rose. - Quick access and pleasant tour to the wild south. - 33 min from the circus of Salazie - Nearby for a visit to the Mât River Distillery. Bus stop "yellow car" opposite on the national road A welcome drink will be offered upon your arrival. I provide a simple breakfast: rusks, butter, jam, and seasonal fruit as soon as possible. No lunch or dinner (dining outlets, pizzeria, local restaurant). You can heat your dishes in the microwave. I have an affectionate dog. I love children, but I don't have the option and don't want to host small children.
