House: room rental I - upstairs

No fuss, in the initial spirit of Airbnb in Sainte-Anne, I rent 2 distinct bedrooms, with double beds, I welcome you to my place of residence. House located in a popular, rather quiet area. During the southern winter, we appreciate the sound of the sea on the pebbles. Ideal location for visits: Sainte-Anne church, blue basin, distillery, close to the Route des Plaines and close to the Route des Laves. Amenities: small shops, restaurants, high school... The space Simple dwelling, under renovation (works) some signs of the cyclone, hence the presence of materials outside during the works. Guest access Guests have access to their rooms, including one room on the ground floor (rental 1) and another upstairs (rental 2). A shared bathroom and toilet are located on the ground floor. You have access to the terrace, the kitchen to heat a meal in the microwave or simple cooking and make a coffee or tea. A small specific refrigerator is dedicated to you (some refreshments inside upon arrival). There is a small barbecue (charcoal not included). Meals are served on the terrace or on the table inside (no eating in the rooms). 2 vehicles can park in the courtyard (currently with the works, possibility to park 1 car inside and a second in front of the gate). Since I've been living there, there's been no incivility in the neighborhood. During your stay Guests will be able to contact me on my mobile, which I will give them upon arrival. Other things to note The house is located 25 - 30 minutes from the airport. Nearby dining and shopping. - 2-minute walk from the Sainte-Anne technological high school (for those taking exams) - Ideal for hiking and swimming pools. Close to the lava tunnels in Sainte Rose. - Quick access and pleasant route to the wild south. - 33 min from the Salazie circus - Close to a visit to the Rivière du Mât distillery. "Yellow bus" bus stop opposite on the national road A welcome drink will be offered upon arrival. I provide a simple breakfast: rusks, butter, jam and seasonal fruit as soon as possible. No lunch or dinner (meal outlets, pizzeria, restaurant in the area). You can heat your dishes in the microwave. I have a loving dog. I like children, but I don't have the opportunity and don't want to host small children.
