Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located place. Entire accommodation of about 65 square meters, very comfortable and quiet, despite being a few steps from Via Italia pedestrian area, the tourist office, the funicular that leads to the village of the square and convenient for the services of restaurants and supermarkets. There are several free parking spaces near the apartment. The space The property is on the third floor without an elevator. The kitchen/living room includes a nice space and is equipped with everything you need to be able to share breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Upon arrival, you will find cookies and typical local products to make a pleasant morning snack. The two bedrooms are equipped :one with a double bed and the other two single beds ,both with a soft or rigid double pillow according to your preferences. The bathroom has everything you need: hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, and towels. There is a room/cellar where you can park your bicycles. Guests are informed that the tourist tax of the municipality of Biella will be applied for a maximum of 4 nights per person and to be paid in cash upon arrival on site. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests, the outdoor space is a balcony with a beautiful view of the Biella mountains. A nice folding table will allow you, if you like, to have a nice breakfast and admire the view. Other things to note There are several interesting things to see near Biella: the Ricetto di Candelo has been an interesting and fascinating tourist destination for years, we have Lake Viverone a few kilometers away and the Sanctuary of Oropa famous for its history, we are about 80 km from Aosta for those who love the mountains, strategically located between Milan and Turin for those who love shopping, while for sports enthusiasts there is always a special place in Candelo called Baraggia, where there are excellent routes to do on foot and by bike, at certain times of the year guided tours in the beautiful panoramic Zegna and climbing with the guide and for those who want to taste good food and excellent wine, let's not forget the Biella food and wine and the beautiful Langhe.
