Please be mindful if worried about legs/back, or have a lot of luggage. ★Yakiniku restaurant on 1st floor, in evening can smell delicious yakiniku, but please be aware if you don't like. The space This is a 1LDK room located on the 2nd floor of a three floor building. Bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet are separate from each other. Fully equipped kitchen so everyone can enjoy cooking together. (Both inside the room and in common areas.) Parties are prohibited inside the room and in common areas. ・Smoking / Pets Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Please use nearby smoking areas. Pets are generally not allowed. ・Cancellation / Date Changes Cancellation fees are subject to the conditions applicable at the time of reservation. The standard cancellation policy will also apply in cases of natural disasters, illness, or bereavement. ・Mail / Commercial Use We do not accept parcels or mail on behalf of guests. Please specify a date and time when you can receive them yourself. Personal photography and video recording are permitted, but commercial photography, streaming, events, merchandise sales, and use of the property as a registered address are not permitted. ・Lost Property The storage period is 14 days. After the storage period has expired, items will be disposed of. (Valuables will be reported to the police.) Returned items will be sent cash on delivery. For international shipping, an additional handling fee of ¥2,000 will be charged. Food, perishable items, and sanitary products will be disposed of on the same day.
