Paradise house in green nature in Coronado with pool

Enjoy relaxing days with the whole family or your friends in this peaceful place with lots of nature! The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Many different shops are a 8-minute drive away. Two small shops are also a 5-minute walk away. Everything is taken care of in the house: air conditioning in every room, large 75" TV, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, towels... everything you need. The pool provides refreshment – a place to feel good! The space Our entire accommodation in Coronado is exclusively available to you during your stay – including all rooms. Personal belongings of ours are safely stored in locked cabinets. Our house offers you around 220 m² of living space inside and about 400 m² of outdoor space – plenty of space to relax and enjoy! All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and comfortable double beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and dressers for storing your clothes The other two bedrooms offer a queen size bed and two full size beds as well as dressers for storing your clothes. In the house is a bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, there is another toilet in the garden – ideal if you come directly from the pool, e.g. in wet swimwear. An outdoor shower is also available in the garden. The hammock can be found in the small bedroom. You can easily hang it on the terrace in the garden and enjoy the beautiful weather to the fullest. The following electrical appliances are available to you: a hairdryer, a new washing machine, a new dryer, a new refrigerator, a microwave, a small oven, a gas stove and various small appliances. In the living room, a large 75-inch TV awaits you. Another TV is located in the bedroom. Both devices are equipped with Google TV and offer you numerous entertainment options. You can easily walk to the beach in just 4–5 minutes. We will of course provide you with beach towels. In Coronado you will find many shopping opportunities that you can reach by car in about 7–8 minutes. Taxis are very cheap here. A small grocery store and an Italian restaurant "Luna Rosa" are also very close by - just a 5-minute walk. If you want to barbecue, a portable iron grill is available in the laundry room. You will also find a fixed BBQ grill on the garden terrace – perfect for cozy evenings outdoors! The pool is cleaned once a week – please don't be alarmed when José comes by for cleaning! The garden is also maintained weekly by Alejandro. Both have a key to the gate. If you would like to remain undisturbed during this time, just let me know - then they will not come during your stay. We had a special visit in the garden: a sloth with a baby surprised us – see photos! Just keep an eye out in the trees – maybe you'll discover one yourself. A place to relax!
