 Please note that failure to provide the necessary information or requirements will result in cancellation, as this is mandated by the HOA. Other things to note Please note that our condos are part of a 2 story unit community, and you may occasionally hear other guests. Kindly understand that while we manage 2 of the condos, we do not have control over the behavior of other guests in the community. If this is an issue, we do have houses available as well. Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare.
