Water You Waiting For - Pool Tiki Bar Beach

Enjoy a relaxing stay on a 1986 Hunter 34 sailboat! Original with a few modern upgrades. Live music at the tiki bar (visible from the boat!), great food, easy access to a boat ramp, public fishing pier, and the beach. Sleeps 4 to 5 comfortably. WiFi, AC, TV, and even your favorite movies! Rainy days are the best days on the boat! Full bathroom. Showers, pool, and laundry are just 50ft away. Picnic tables, grills, and water hoses available. ⛵️☀️🌊🌴 The space Parking's is easy and Free, the boat's super close – 50-100 feet from the lot. There are super nice private bathhouses nearby (about 100 feet). We've got a hot plate, kettle, mini fridge, George Forman and Keurig onboard. The beach and pool are right off the rear of the boat about 50ft. There are wristbands on the boat to use the pool. Please leave them on the boat at the end of your stay. Attach to the marina, about sixty feet away is the Tiki Bar that has great food and live music on the weekend. There is a picnic table directly in front of the boat. That is our picnic table and is yours to use. Right next to the table is a grill to use as well. There is running water right outside of the boat at the power station. There is no running water on the boat. Other amenities include laundry room, workout room, beach, fishing pier and a kayak/boat launch within the marine. There are also fueling docks, pump out stations and other amenities at the marina. Guest access Inside and on top of the boat is all yours to use. Hang a hammock on the front or sit in the rear of the boat, facing the marina and read a book. Seats on the rear of the boat with a rear bimini, to shade you from the sun. Picnic tables outside grills and running water at the power station are all yours to use. bathhouse with showers, toilet and sink with code entry along with laundry room workout, room with code entry.
