Beachside Bliss: Ocean View

A bright, ocean-view apartment—just a few minutes walk to Cronulla’s beaches, cafes, and shops. You’ll have a double bed in a private room and separate bathroom. You’ll share the kitchen and living areas with me and my cat “Latte”. Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony, unwind after a beach day, and experience the relaxed, local lifestyle in my coastal home. The space The apartment is a cozy, light-filled space with a leafy outlook and ocean views from the large shared balcony, where you’ll often spot local birds. Inside, it features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that’s warm and welcoming. There’s a laundry with a washing machine (no dryer, but plenty of drying lines), and a large master bathroom for your mostly exclusive use. Your private bedroom includes a double bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, and gets lovely natural light. Please note there is a study area for my exclusive use, and while there’s currently no Wi-Fi, this may change. Guest access Guests have access to the main bathroom (mostly for your exclusive use), as well as the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, and shared balcony. I have my own bedroom and private ensuite, but the rest of the home is shared and you’re welcome to make yourself comfortable in the shared spaces. During your stay I work mostly from home, so you’ll see me around, especially in the shared spaces. The apartment is very much a shared home, but I’m easygoing, friendly, and respectful of your space. I’m happy to help if you need anything, otherwise I’ll just be going about my day. Other things to note Please note the apartment is on the third floor of a walk-up building with no lift access, so you’ll need to be comfortable with stairs. Cronulla is about an hour from Sydney CBD by train, so keep travel time in mind when planning your stay.
