Upstairs there is 1 larger bedroom with a double bed, 2 sleeping alcoves and 1 bunk bed, and a smaller toilet. A large toilet and washing machine are located on the ground floor next to a room for two with its own terrace to the lush garden. Perfect for a larger family or group of friends of up to ten beds. Wi-Fi is available and also TV. Enjoy beautiful views and large plot with its own barbecue and several private patios. Follow the old avenue 2 km down to Trollenäs Castle with the wonderful park accompanied by the roaring river and beautiful hiking through deciduous forests and cow pastures. Made for a pleasant picnic in the green! There are many nice bike routes (6 bikes can be rented for SEK 150/bike/stay). Söderåsen National Park with majestic hiking trails is 20 minutes away, the sea with its vast Skåne beaches or Ringsjön, which also offers freshly caught smoked fish, is within 20-30 minutes. It's 20 minutes to Skåne Zoo. 7 km away, there are trains from either Eslöv/Marieholm to Lund (10 minutes) or Malmö (20 minutes). All guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. There will be a charge for an incomplete final cleaning. NOTE! The accommodation is a converted older barn on the countryside. Despite regular cleaning, there may be spiders and other insects, which is difficult to completely avoid in such an environment. Then leave the home in its existing condition and vacuum, clean toilets, wash dishes, sort garbage in the recycling up in the parking lot just to the left of the home. If the guest does not clean according to the manual, a fee of SEK 2000 will be charged. New! It is possible to rent bed linen/towels SEK 250/set. Please notify us when booking! Even if you have booked cleaning in advance (SEK 2,000), you are still responsible for sorting trash for recycling in the yard, washing dishes, returning furniture to their original position, and cleaning the toilets after your stay.
