Borrby, a jewel close to the beach

Welcome to our newly renovated and charming captain's house (about 150 ft²) in the older part of Borrby, the heart of Österlen. Grocery stores, a highly recommended "old bakery," pharmacy, antique shops, cinema and a good restaurant with bar are nearby. A short drive away is the Michelin-starred restaurant "Vyn". Good selection of great sandy beaches, attractions (e.g. Kåseberga Ale Stenar, excursions (e.g. Bornholm, Ystad, Copenhagen). Bus station within walking distance. The space We completed the renovation in the spring of 2025 and completely renovated the plastered brick house from the 1930s. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and a modern kitchen. Upstairs with a living room and 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom, 4 Velux skylights provide plenty of light. In the bright dining and living room on the ground floor there is a fireplace. The entire house has white waxed wooden floors. We have exposed the ceiling beams; further details from the time of origin have been preserved. Outdoor spaces invite you to linger in the garden (furniture and barbecue are available). Note: Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenant or be available by arrangement and for a fee. Pets by arrangement. Garage is not rented. There is no smoking inside of the house.
