The space THE “L’ÉCRIN SOLAIRE” COTTAGE (44) is located near the beaches of La Baule, Pornichet, Saint Brevin, Pornic, Pénestin, Le Pouliguen, Tharon Plage… Cottage for up to 4 guests, set in the heart of nature in Lavau-sur-Loire, 20 minutes from the beaches and 25 minutes from downtown Nantes. The cottage is air-conditioned, quiet, surrounded by woodland, with a large south-east–facing wooden deck, a private hot tub on your terrace, and a heated pool. Sleeping arrangements: • 1 bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed • 1 sofa bed (140 × 190 cm) in the living room Fully equipped kitchen: plancha grill, Nespresso machine, BBQ, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, induction hob, smoothie blender Bathroom Wall-hung toilet Travel cot for baby PRIVATE HOT TUB, heated pool, Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning TV, Netflix included Washer-dryer POOL: south-facing, heated, open from 1/05 to 15/10, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. / closed Sunday after 12 p.m. HOT TUB: open all year round Small dog allowed under conditions Guest access The private accommodation comes with a terrace and a secluded, private spa. Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is from 10 a.m. If I am not available to welcome you on arrival, a key box is at your disposal. The code will be sent to you the day before your stay :-) Please note that the pool is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day and from 10 a.m. to noon on Sundays. Other things to note Please note: The accommodation is designed for 4 guests. One large bed in a bedroom and two single convertible sofa beds. Feel free to ask me for information about the area, sightseeing, or restaurants — I’ll send you all these helpful tips the day before your arrival. For more than 2 guests, there is an extra charge of €30 per additional guest per night. Maximum 4 guests. Small dog allowed under certain conditions. We have a cat and two calm dogs. Thank you.
