We rent out our charming and nostalgic summer cottage on idyllic Hvasser – a peaceful and undisturbed place with plenty of space for children, adults and grandparents. Here you get two separate cabins located close to each other, on a spacious plot of 3 acres. Each cabin has its own kitchen and bedroom, which makes the place perfect for two families with children who want to vacation together, or for a family with children traveling with grandparents. Here you get two separate cabins located close to each other, on a spacious plot of 3 acres. Each cabin has its own kitchen and bedroom, which makes the place perfect for two families with children who want to vacation together, or for a family with children traveling with grandparents. The kitchen in the main cabin was renovated in 2022, and today appears as modern, bright and functional. It is well equipped with a Miele dishwasher, oven, induction plates and a large, spacious refrigerator. The kitchen has direct access to the dining area outside, which makes meals both simple and social – here the chef can be a natural part of the community. In addition, there is a new gas grill that makes it easy to prepare the summer's favorite dishes. When the evening falls, it is extra nice to gather around the fire pit and enjoy the tranquility in warm surroundings. There is running water in both kitchens, and the cabin has its own bathroom with both shower and toilet. In addition, there is a lovely outdoor shower with hot water on the east side of the plot – a wonderful experience to shower outside under the trees on a hot summer day. Here it is possible to take a small technological time travel and enjoy retro games, books, toys and entertainment for both children and adults. The cabin is equipped with a CD player, DVD player and a TV screen that can be connected with an HDMI cable. At the same time, there is internet in the cabin, so it is easy to combine nostalgic experiences with modern amenities. On the downside of the cabin is a small pond where the children can try to catch goldfish – a small activity that often becomes a big highlight for the little ones. Only a ten-minute walk away you will find the lovely Fynstranda, a long and very child-friendly beach, perfect for playing and swimming on hot summer days. If you want a quiet and idyllic walk through the deciduous forest, you can follow the trail south to the beach on the south side. If you go north instead, you will come to the beautiful and well-known Lilleskagen – a pearl of a place with cliffs and views. The trip can be concluded with a visit to the ice cream kiosk down by the harbor. It is also possible to take a nostalgic bike ride, and take advantage of the old bikes for a quick trip to the beach or the store.
