Our home is located on the banks of the mighty River Shannon with stunning views. Shops, pubs, restaurants are just a stroll away in the historic twin towns of Ballina & Killaloe which are connected via a pedestrian bridge. .You’ll love my place because of it’s unique location, the outside spaces, the bright open plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas, the comfy beds and it’s warm & cozy feeling. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and groups The space This home is a private space that is all about the view of the river and mountains. High ceilings in the main living space with velux windows and large french doors mean the light and view flood into the property. The outside area makes the most of its location with our new deck right over the waters edge and our new fire pit patio keeping those outdoor evenings going that bit longer. Guest access All of the property is available for guests to use. The property manager will meet you at the house and provide you with the key for access. There is an easy to use alarm system available for your use, but it’s a very safe place. Please be aware areas marked as private or no entry in the garden are off limits to guest for insurance reasons. Other things to note This stunning 5* Riverside Holiday Home is located on the eastern banks of the beautiful River Shannon in the scenic town of Ballina, County Tipperary & looks across the river to historic Killaloe in County Clare and the mountains beyond making it the perfect vacation getaway location. The towns are connected via a historic multi arch pedestrianised bridge. Our beautiful comfortable modern architecturally designed home is finished to a five-star level & is available for rent throughout the year. It will appeal to couples and families seeking peace, tranquility, comfort all set in a beautiful safe location. It has been designed in an open plan style. We have used high ceilings, large skylights & lots of glass to allow in as much light as possible and bring the magnificent river & mountain views right into the home. It is fitted throughout with all the modern conveniences you could want including satellite TV, Netflix and also has hi-speed wireless Internet for those who feel the need to keep in touch with the modern world. The house sleeps up to 8 adults or children in comfort. We have cot/crib for babies as well as a high chair for any infants in your party. The house is naturally warm and has gas central heating and a lovely wood-burning stove for those chilly evenings. We have installed solar panels and batteries to minimise our carbon footprint. The rate we quote includes all utilities, linens, and taxes, we do not charge anything extra. The mature private & secure gardens feature a Liscannor stone patio outside the kitchen and living room allowing the large doors to be opened out on sunny days bringing the gardens and views into the home. A stone path makes its way through the grass to a large wooden deck looking down onto the river below where a large BBQ allows for outdoor cooking & dining. The garden and decking have outdoor lighting and an outdoor power supply. We have added a fire pit patio where you can relax and toast marshmallows around the fire. Please be aware there is a large drop off behind the property down towards the river bank which is fenced and roped off for guest safety.
