Painter's Loft

Discover our lofts in the former studio of artist Marcel Gagnon. These unique spaces combine modern comfort and creative soul, in tribute to Marcel's artistic approach. In the heart of Sainte-Flavie, a short walk from the river and the sculptures of the Grand Rassemblement, the "Loft du Peintre" invites you to settle into a bright space. It's a place to settle down, dream and create. The space 🎨 Welcome to the Painter's Loft. A stone's throw from the river, it offers a peaceful setting, ideal for couples or solo stays. The open area includes a functional and equipped kitchen, an intimate dining area and a comfortable sitting area with smart TV. The loft has a king size bed on the mezzanine and a full bathroom with shower. Every detail has been thought of to offer comfort and inspiration throughout the stay. Outside, a small terrace allows you to enjoy the river breeze and the unique atmosphere of the site. Guest access Make the most of the site: your loft, gallery area and barbecue are available throughout your stay. You are also welcome to visit the Art Center or enjoy a nice meal on site. A parking space is reserved for each loft. Other things to note By booking, you will receive a 10% discount on all your lunches and dinners at the Centre d'Art Marcel Gagnon for the duration of your stay. (With reservations, subject to availability.) Pets are allowed (with surcharge) under certain conditions: - Dogs may not climb on beds, chairs, or couches. - Must be on a leash or in a crate if left alone. - Additional charges if the regulations are not respected, or if there is a noise complaint (barking, crying, etc.).
