This home offers an open plan living area with plenty windows, a spacious kitchen, two master suites, and a huge fenced back yard. Walk to FERRY PARK to enjoy nature! This park offers tennis courts, a 1-mile walking path, a playground area, and a picnic area. The space The property Is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in Fort Walton Beach, less than 3 miles to public beach access on Okaloosa Island, less than 8 miles to Destin FL and 5-10 minutes drive to restaurants and entertainment. ( FURNITURE Slightly different from the photos, new pictures come soon) Guest access Renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be present during the stay. THIS IS A NON- SMOKING HOME. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY DRIVEWAY to back up your vehicle. HVAC: Please leave fan on auto on HVAC system. If you like it really cold during the evening, you may turn it down, but all I ask is to turn it up when leaving for the day so it does not run all day when gone. Please & Thank You! BEACH EQUIPMENT AND TOWELS: Bring your own beach chairs and beach towels. Please do not take towels to the beach from the home. LAUNDRY AND HOUSEHOLD LINENS: Please DO NOT do any laundry or house hold linens after your stay. Those must be cleaned by the cleaning service for disinfecting. The cleaning service washes all towels, and sheets, & linens prior to the next guest to insure they are disinfected and cleaned properly. The cleaning crew disinfects and clean the kitchens and baths between renters. PARKING: DO NOT PARK IN THE STREET! Park in the property driveway! There is enough parking space for multiple vehicles. PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS! We love our neighbors and we strive to maintain cordial relationships. Please be good neighbors while you are staying with us, and remember to observe our quiet hours Keep the noise level down after 9:00 pm. INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS: Occupant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the owner harmless of the home from all claims, disputes, litigations, judgements, cost, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to occupant, occupant's guests, or their personal property. SAFETY. PLEASE pay close attention to the flag warning system on the beach. Do not swim in the Gulf unless there is a green flag. There are very strong rip currents. (Text BEACH to 44144 for water conditions updates) Do not walk across HWY 98 (Emerald Coast Parkway) My personal recommendation is to not walk along HWY 98 because it's just as dangerous walking near the highway!
