The bright kitchen features high-end, unique built-in appliances, and an oversized island with prep sink - If you love to cook, this is the place! The kitchen flows easily into the sunny living room, which is one of two gathering areas in the home. There is a main-floor bedroom and private full bath with fun pops of color throughout. Upstairs, a separate family room offers plenty of space to spread out - enjoy a round of pool, mix drinks at the wet bar, or catch a movie. Outside, your private pier allows for morning swims, fishing, or paddling on the lake. (Boat not included; no boat lift available.) In the evenings, gather around the fire pit under the stars. The main lakefront residence has a sperate pier and lake access.
