This 80 m² apartment has been completely renovated, and I was keen to preserve its soul and character. I designed it to make you feel right at home. Located on the 4th floor with elevator of a Haussmann-style building, you can admire the postcard-perfect view of Grenoble from your sofa during your stay... Enjoy all the modern comforts with the charm of the past, right on the doorstep of Grenoble's city center. It is composed as follows: All rooms have air conditioning. LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: Spacious living room opening onto a fully equipped/furnished kitchen with air conditioning. Moldings, 2 fireplaces, original oak parquet flooring, etc. Fully equipped kitchen (large table for 6 people, ideal as a workspace): oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary tableware for cooking. You'll have access to a small, cozy balcony with two folding chairs and a superb view of the Bastille, the mountains, and the cable car. BEDROOM 1 with balcony: Air conditioning, two 90cm single beds (which can be joined to create a 180cm bed) (hotel bedding), closet. TV with Netflix! Unobstructed view of the Vercors (famous mountain) with no overlooked views! BEDROOM 2: Air conditioning, 160cm bed (hotel bedding), chest of drawers + storage closet. TV with Netflix! Original oak parquet flooring, etc. Guest access The entire apartment is rented! For your convenience, check-in is independent thanks to the building's digital code and a key box. You can arrive and depart at your convenience. I will send you all the information before your arrival. I can be there to welcome you and show you how the apartment works if my schedule allows. Other things to note I live only 10 minutes from the apartment and am available anytime to give you advice and/or help with any problems! The apartment is brand new and as clean as my own home ;)
