I do my best to respond as quickly as possible to your requests! New, spacious and bright 3-room apartment of 76 m2 on the top floor with elevator and large terrace. Very well equipped and furnished, it has everything you need to work and relax in good conditions, close to the train station and shops, within walking distance 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed (180 cm), fiber and secure basement parking space. I want you to feel at home! The space Large living room of 34 m2 with well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, coffee machine, kettle, raclette machine, wine cellar...) and large countertop with dining area for 4 people. A dining table for 6 people and a living room with sofa and TV complete this pleasant room. Access to the 17 m2 terrace with synthetic grass, table for 4 people, 2 Chilean chairs and umbrella 2 bedrooms with dressing room: - one with new king size bed with quality bedding (180 cm), TV (+ Chromecast), desk - the other with comfortable 140 cm sofa bed and terrace access. Possibility of having an 80 cm bed on request (specify in which room when you book) If you want to travel with a baby, I can provide you with a folding crib, changing mat, potty, etc. Please let me know when you book. Sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival. The bathroom (with bathtub) is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, towel dryer, non-slip mat for the bathtub. Towels are provided. The toilets are separate and there is a sink. Cleaning product and clothes drying rack provided. Secure basement parking space. If I am not available when you arrive, a lockbox is 800 m from the accommodation (2 min by car/10 min on foot) Guest access Entire place Other things to note I do not automatically apply a cleaning fee, I invite you to leave the accommodation in the same condition you found it. If you don't want to do the cleaning: possible package of €60. If you make a reservation for 2 people, you will have only one room. 2 bedrooms possible with a surcharge of €30 for the duration of the stay.
