The space *** IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES! *** This home is part of the Solitude Cabins community, a neighborhood of 45 mountain cabins. You will have neighbors. The community hot tub is shared by all guests and is a short walk from this cabin. It closes strictly at 9pm each evening. Check-in is at 4pm or later, and check-out is at 10am or earlier. You'll be just minutes from the adventure of Rocky Mountain National Park and the charm of downtown Estes Park. The best feature is the private deck, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening BBQ while taking in panoramic views of the Estes Valley, from the famous Longs Peak and Twin Sisters to the peaks of the Continental Divide. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the space with light, while the gas fireplace creates a cozy ambiance for relaxing after a day of exploration. This cabin is designed for ease and comfort, with a well-thought-out floor plan perfect for families or two couples traveling together. BEDROOMS Upstairs Bedroom: A spacious suite with a comfortable King bed, large walk-in closet, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. Downstairs Bedroom: A second private bedroom featuring a King bed, television, and semi-private access to the main floor bathroom. Sleeping Area: A pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. BATHROOMS Upstairs Bathroom: A private, en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with a convenient corner seat. Downstairs Bathroom: A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, accessible from both the main hallway and as a semi-private en-suite for the downstairs bedroom. LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT Living Room: An open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, a large smart TV, and comfortable seating including a sofa bed and reclining chair. Deck: A private deck with an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ grill, offering spectacular mountain and valley views. WiFi: Enjoy free WiFi throughout the cabin, perfect for streaming or remote work. Laundry: A convenient, in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use. KITCHEN & DINING Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features hickory cabinets, modern appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals. It includes a Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, blender, and a full set of pots, pans, and dishware. This is now a strict no-smoking property. No smoking inside, outside, and no outdoor fire pits (now illegal in Estes Park's vacation homes). Charcoal BBQs are banned. Gas is OK. ROAD CONDITIONS Estes has a great plow team and our parking area will also be plowed during storms, but if there's a huge blizzard, they may not be plowed exactly when you need them to be. We cannot assist if you get stuck and we always recommend that people rent AWD or 4WD when visiting us from October to May. We are at 8,000 feet and this can be a snowy area! GUEST COUNT 6 people max. BEARS Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area often and can break in! A/C Like nearly all homes in Estes Park, there is no air conditioning. Evening breezes coming off the mountains cool the home quickly.
