Enjoying the beautiful Achterhoek? Then make use of our beautiful, completely renovated vacation home! This lovely Saxon-style cottage is located in a small, quiet park, in a beautiful, wooded area in the Achterhoek. It is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The 6-person cottage has 2 extra beds for large families or friends outings. Towels and kitchenware are provided. Please bring your own bed linen. The space This 6-person vacation home has a surface area of 73 m2. A 7th and 8th bed are available as an extra bed in the spacious bedrooms upstairs, for example for large families or groups of friends. The new open kitchen is fully equipped. It has a large fridge/freezer, a ceramic hob and oven. The bathroom has become twice as large. It has a whirlpool bath and separate (rain) shower. The luxurious box-spring beds have a size of 90 - 210 m. 3x2 box-spring beds can be made up as a double bed. The 7th and 8th beds have a size of 80-200 m. Please bring your own bed linen. A second toilet upstairs is new, as is an extra sink in the master bedroom. The house is located on a spacious plot that is completely fenced with mesh and shrubs. In the garden, there is a new terrace. There is also a fixed ping pong table. A camping bed can be added upon request. Furthermore, there are 2 high chairs (triptraps), stair gates and children's toys if desired. Dogs are welcome (downstairs). Cats are not allowed due to allergies. Guest access The entire house with shed is at your disposal. There are bags of wood in the shed for the stove that are for sale for €4.00 per bag. Conditions for bringing a dog: The dog is not allowed upstairs. With proper use of our stair gate, this is prevented. An additional deposit of €25.00 cash to be paid on arrival for any additional cleaning costs. If the house is left tidy, the deposit will be refunded immediately. We hope this will allow everyone to enjoy a clean home. Other things to note Tourist tax €1.45 p.p.p.n. to be paid on site. Wood €5.00 per bag.
