Close enough to town, but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside! 10 minutes to Perfect North Slopes, 20 minutes to the Creation Museum, and 30 minutes to all of what downtown Cincinnati has to offer! The space Property is a one bedroom, one bathroom suite equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, private porch, private sauna, and hot tub. COMPLETELY SMOKE-FREE property (inside and outside). Any evidence or odors of smoke, marijuana (illegal in Indiana), vape, or any other illegal substances will incur a fine of $300 minimum or more depending upon the remediation needed to remove the odors. Other things to note This property is a mother in law suite/apartment, attached to the main house of a residence. Equipped fully to be a private space for you to enjoy unbothered. Absolutely no gatherings or parties of any kind—any loud music or disturbances will result in your removal from the property and forfeiture of the remainder of your stay. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY property, so be respectful of the space they are sharing with you as a guest. Quiet hours are strictly followed from 11pm-7am.
