Welcome to Sky Haus Lodge, a luxury condo at 7 Springs Mountain Resort featuring 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms, each outfitted with a jetted tub for a spa-like experience. This renovated and tastefully decorated condo offers a blend of rustic western charm & modern luxury. With an abundance of outdoor activities like golfing, skiing/snowboarding, swimming, hiking, & biking; plus festivals, state parks, spas, & restaurants and bars, there is entertainment for everyone in the Laurel Highlands. The space Sky Haus Lodge is an upper condo with 2 floors. As you enter the front door, guests will be required to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the main level of the condo. The open, spacious floor plan on the main floor is warm and inviting with the large living area and gas fireplace. A large sectional couch offers plenty of seating for guests. The kitchen and dining areas are nearby. The kitchen is stocked with all of the necessities for cooking in the mountains. The dining area provides seating for 8 guests. Additional seating for 3 is available at the kitchen island. Access to the balcony is accessible near the dining area. The balcony offers outdoor seating for 8 guests. One bedroom is available on the main floor of the condo. It features a queen size bed and quality built furniture. A full bathroom is also available on the main floor. The full bathroom features a large vanity, toilet, and large jetted bathtub/shower combo. Upstairs guests will find 3 additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. All bathrooms feature large vanities, toilets, and large jetted bathtub/shower combos. One of the bedrooms on the second floor has a queen size bed. Another bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds with 4 twin size beds. The third bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of clothing storage. The second floor of the condo has a stackable washer/dryer. It also features a dedicated workspace for guests to use. Guest access Guests may enjoy the entire condo to themselves. The condo is part of a Homeowner's Association so some amenities are shared with other community members such as the outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sports courts. Guests may use the swimming pool and sports courts at their leisure and at no additional cost. The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally (Memorial Day Weekend through the second weekend after Labor Day Weekend). The hours of operation are 7 days/week, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Guests also have free access to the resort shuttle. During the winter season, the shuttle runs on a continuous route. The Winter hours of operation are as follows: Fridays: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM Sundays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM During the Summer, the shuttle bus service operates on an "on-call" basis. Guests can call the resort's main phone number and ask the operator for the shuttle service. Other things to note We welcome well-behaved dogs. A maximum of two are permitted per stay. Pets must be kept off furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property. Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the owner. The Villages at Seven Springs Homeowners Association Pet Policy: When your pet defecates on a private unit dwelling property or common grounds, the owner or attendant must immediately pick up the waste and dispose of it properly in the available dumpsters. Guests must take all care required to ensure that their pets do not disturb other residents by creating a nuisance or excessive noise or by threatening of assaulting other residents or their pets. All pets on the premises must be properly licensed and vaccinated. Pets must be on a leash or in the arms at all times when outside. Pets may not be left unattended, tied outside a unit, on the balcony or any other part of the common areas. Guests with pets are individually responsible for any damage which their pet may do to common areas and facilities or to the property of another owner. Damage done by a pet to the property of another owner will be liable for the cost of repairs. All renters must comply with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Somerset County pet laws. All animal complaints shall be in writing and a letter submitted to the Association Manager. In the event of property damage or personal attack to a resident, tenant, guest or anyone on the premises, you must file a Pennsylvania State Police Report and provide all necessary documentation to the Association Manager.
