The space 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 comfortably) 2 full bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining indoors or on the screened porch on the deck with gas grill Living room with lake views and wood-burning fireplace Private dock, swim island, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards and a canoe are available. The water is excellent for swimming and is tested annually by the lake association. No motor boats are allowed on the lake. Fast WiFi and Smart TV Washer/dryer Guest access Guests have full access to the home, dock and lake equipment. gas grill, large side yard for games, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards/ paddles and noodles for floating. There is parking for up to 5 cars. We have many board games and areas in the house to play them. Other things to note We respect our neighbors and assume our guests will do the same. For example, we own the swim island but share it with others. Please return paddles and noodles to the patio and boats to the shore out of the water. This prevents them from floating around the lake by mistake. Hot tub rules include: 1. No glassware in the tub for safety reasons 2. Shower before entering the hot tub Nearby towns like Stanfordville, Millbrook and Rhinebeck offer great dining, shopping and hiking. We welcome well behaved dogs with prior approval.
