Welcome to our nice house in Vallåkra. Here you live with your own garden with vegetable farms to pick from and lovely patios overlooking a lush pasture with cows. Nature reserves, rooftops and cultural heritage Wallåkra stonekärlsgfabrik is just around the corner. Close to train with good connections to nearby cities. Picturesque Råå with nice swimming beaches is a 10 minute drive away. Here you can also rent our sauna on the beach. The cat Bilbo wishes you Welcome (Want some food filling from time to time). The space Here you live in a homely house with soul. surrounded by beautiful nature, lush garden and proximity to both the sea, town and sights. 🌿 Yard & patios Enjoy our lush garden with flowering discounts, vegetable farm and greenhouse where you are welcome to pick from the harvest. You have two patios: a wooden deck connected to the living room for morning sun and breakfast in stillness – and our new pergola with hammock and space for relaxing in both the day and evening sun (finished in May). 🏡 The space The house is fully equipped and ready for a comfortable stay. – Full kitchen with spices and staples – Two bedrooms: one with double bed, one with two single beds – Newly renovated luxury bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower with color therapy and rain water effect – Large living room with fireplace, two sofas, dining area and TV – Laundry room with washer and dryer (here is also our cat's cat flap) 🚗 Parking & Transportation Free parking available for two cars. The train station is only 2 minutes away by foot – perfect for day trips to Helsingborg, Malmö or Lund. 🐾 About our cat Our kind and sociable cat Bilbo stays in the house during your stay. He takes care of himself but appreciates getting food once a day. Best suited for pet-friendly guests! Have lunch or fika among the tomato plants, and don't miss the talked-about tomato pie! 🌊 Råå – sea, marina & bath 10 min by car to this coastal gem with beaches, restaurants and true Skåne charm. 🌾 Glumslöv's slopes – dramatic landscape Rolling slopes with a view of Ven and the Sound – hike, shoot or just enjoy the view. 🐄 Country living & valley Enjoy the view of grazing cows and Råån that runs below the house – a real piece of Skåne idyll. 💧 Want to help? Our garden feels good with some water on hot days. If you want to water sometime, it's very much appreciated – but completely optional! Of course, you can also enjoy the harvest.
