Welcome to our nice house in Vallåkra. Here you live with your own garden with vegetable crops to pick from and lovely patios overlooking a lush meadow with cows. Nature reserve, Råån river and the cultural heritage Wallåkra stoneware factory are just around the corner. Close to train with good connections to nearby towns. Picturesque Råå with nice beaches is a 10-minute drive away. Here you can also rent our sauna on the beach. The cat Bilbo welcomes you (Wants some food refills from time to time). The space Here you live in a homey house with soul, surrounded by beautiful nature, lush garden and proximity to both sea, city and attractions. 🌿 Garden & patios Enjoy our lush garden with flower beds, vegetable garden and greenhouse where you are welcome to pick from the harvest. You have two patios: a wooden deck adjacent to the living room for morning sun and breakfast in peace and quiet – and our new pergola with hammock and space for relaxation in both the daytime and evening sun (completed in May). 🏡 The accommodation The house is fully equipped and ready for a comfortable stay. – Fully equipped kitchen with spices and basic ingredients – Two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds – Newly renovated luxury bathroom with jacuzzi and shower with color therapy and rainwater effect – Large living room with fireplace, two sofas, dining area and TV – Laundry room with washing machine and dryer (here is also our cat's cat flap) 🚗 Parking & transportation Free parking is available for two cars. The train station is only 2 minutes away on foot – perfect for day trips to Helsingborg, Malmö or Lund. 🐾 About our cat Our kind and sociable cat Bilbo will remain in the house during your stay. He takes care of himself but appreciates getting food once a day. Best suited for animal-friendly guests! Guest access 🔒 Room access All rooms are available except for a storage room upstairs that will be locked during the stay. Restaurant and shop are on site. 🍅 Tomatens Hus – greenhouse coffee & farm shop A paradise for food lovers. Have lunch or coffee among the tomato plants, and don't miss the famous tomato pie! 🌊 Råå – sea, marina & swimming 10 minutes by car to this coastal gem with beaches, restaurants and authentic Skåne charm. 🌾 Glumslövs hills – dramatic landscape Rolling hills overlooking Ven and Öresund – hike, walk or just enjoy the view. 🐄 Rural life & valley Enjoy the view of grazing cows and the Råån river that flows below the house – a real piece of Skåne idyll. 💧 Want to help? Our garden feels good with a little water during hot days. If you want to water it at some point, it is very much appreciated – but completely voluntary! Of course, you can also enjoy the harvest.
