Located in a very quiet area near Marco Polo Airport on the Venetian mainland, just a 20-minute walk and less than 5 minutes from the bus stops, which take you everywhere (airport, station and Venice). The house is on the second floor of a villa where there are 4 comfortable rooms, each with its own private bathroom. The only common area is a kitchenette where you can have breakfast or eat a meal. We have luggage storage and private covered parking. The space The room is very cozy and simply furnished but equipped with all the necessary amenities, offering free Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, TV and Smart TV, a private bathroom with bidet, shower, hairdryer, two towels for each guest, shower/shampoo and soap, a practical desk (ideal both for enjoying a drink in peace and for working comfortably at the computer), two nightstands and a comfortable double bed chosen to guarantee you a peaceful and regenerating rest. If requested, it is possible to have a bed for an extra person. In the shared kitchen, you will find two comfortable and spacious tables with chairs to enjoy your meal in peace and quiet, and all guests will have access to them. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine (in the room you will find 1 pod for each guest as a welcome gift) and a shared fridge where you will have your own private shelf (numbered as the number of your room). Upon request, we can provide you with an ironing board and an iron. Guest access Guests have shared access to the entrance, hallway, kitchen, large garden with private parking, and exclusive access to the bedroom with bathroom. During your stay, cleaning services will not be provided, and linen changes will only be made upon request. Parking is free and inside the property and covered. Other things to note We work with various suppliers who can provide the following for a fee and upon request: • Transfers to and from Marco Polo Venice, Treviso and other airports upon request. • Transfers to Venice, cruise terminals and other nearby points of interest, even more distant such as Jesolo, Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Bologna, etc. upon request.
