It consists of: KITCHEN: Fitted and equipped (stovetop, oven, hood, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, Tassimo coffee machine) LIVING ROOM: Sofa bed (160 cm bed, coffee table), flat screen TV, 1 round table with 4 chairs, bookcase. BEDROOM: 1 queen size bed, closet and wall wardrobe, bedside tables. BATHROOM: Shower cabin, vanity, towel dryer, hair dryer. Toilet: separate. BALCONY: table, chairs and clothes rack. A laundry is available at the bottom of the residence. Please note that an additional amount of 15 euros per day is provided for the accommodation of a second person. Guest access Easy to access, the apartment is located in a quiet residence close to all amenities. The apartment has private parking for parking in the basement. The keys to the apartment are handed over by hand when entering the premises and when leaving. Other things to note If necessary I can pick up the guests from the station;) , you just have to let me know. Healers and other guests are welcome in my home . Note that for any new reservations from February 2026 , sheets, towels and linens are an optional service. If you’d like to take advantage of it, please let me know.
