House in the Entre-deux-mers

Fall in love with the authentic charm of this magnificent stone house. Nestled in the heart of the Entre-deux-mers, it offers the possibility to discover the surrounding vineyards, from Saint-Émilion to Sauternes. You can also visit nearby monuments: La Sauve Abbey, Cadillac Castle or Duras Castle. Enjoy the beautiful Lake Espiet and the beaches of the coastline. For fishing lovers, Lac de Laubesc is just minutes away. The space The house has a large living room on the ground floor with an equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...), a laundry room with washing machine and a toilet. The floor serves 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1: a 160 cm bed, bedroom 2: two 90 cm beds that can be joined into a large bed, bedroom 3: a sofa bed and a baby cot), as well as a bathroom with bath and shower. Outside you will find a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a shaded garden of about 200 m² and a carport to store your bikes. Children's games are also available. Sheets and towels are not included in the price; we offer them at a price of €5.00 per guest. The accommodation is smoke-free. We remain at your disposal for any further information.
