Large, quiet room with Elbe view!

A quiet room with a view of the dyke is rented for vacationers who are looking for accommodation for 1-2 nights in Sankt Margarethen. Sankt Margarethen is located directly on the Elbe dike. It is a 10-minute walk from the property. There you can watch the ships passing by or enjoy the fantastic view of the Elbe estuary. The room is on the 2nd floor and offers a great view of the Elbe dyke and passing ships on the Elbe. The space We rent an approx. 25 m² combined living room and bedroom on the 2nd floor of our residential building for up to 2 guests. It would also be possible for 2 adults and one toddler / baby. The offer is aimed at cyclists or vacationers who are looking for a cozy place to stay for 1 - 2 nights, even at short notice. Visitors to the WOA are also welcome. Wacken is about 23 km away. The room is equipped with 2 single beds. If necessary, a children's travel bed can be provided. The single beds are put together as a double bed, but can also be placed individually if necessary. There is also a cozy couch corner, a TV and a dining table with 4 chairs in the room. A basic set of dishes is available (glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery), as well as a kettle and a coffee machine, so that, for tea or coffee can be prepared. In the hallway there is a small refrigerator. There is no cooking facility and no other kitchen equipment, such as a stove or microwave. Bed linen is provided, towels only by arrangement. The hallway and entrance area as well as the beautiful garden with garden pond and various seating areas are shared with the hosts. Existing deck chairs can be used. You can also grill on the small grill. Fast Internet (fiber) allows you to stream movies or work in the home office. Our guests have the opportunity to use a nice shower room on the same floor. From the room you have a great view over the residential buildings of the settlement up to the Elbe dyke. Large ships sailing up the Elbe towards Hamburg can be admired. The Elbe dyke is a 10-minute walk away. On the Elbe dyke, you can enjoy the fantastic view over the Elbe to Lower Saxony and Cuxhaven in good weather. You can also experience romantic sunsets over the Elbe here. The small village of Sankt Margarethen has approx. 900 inhabitants and is located right on the Elbe cycle path. In the village there is an Edeka supermarket for everyday needs, which opens at 5:30 am. There is also a bakery with seating and the possibility to have breakfast. Furthermore, there is a restaurant in the dreamy village that offers an inexpensive lunch, as well as a menu with home cooking in the evening. Cities nearby are Brunsbütttel (about 10 km) and Wilster (12 km). Wacken is about 23 km away. The popular holiday resorts of Büsum are about 40 km away and Sankt Peter-Ording is 100 km away. The distance to the state capital of Kiel is 90 km, to the Hanseatic city of Lübeck 115 km. Guest access Our guests are welcome to use the garden and a terrace. Bicycles can also be locked in the garage if necessary and e-bikes can be charged. One parking space for one car is available at the house.
