Guest access The entire third-floor apartment is yours to enjoy, please note the utility closet with the HVAC system and water heater, located in the hallway between the kitchen and bedroom, is not for guest use. Other things to note Parking is available in front of the unit but is paid parking and is 1st come, 1st serve. You can download the "Parkmobile" app from the app store to set up an account and arrange payment. During normal metered times the cost is $4.50 per hour. Parking is free before 8 am and after 6 pm Monday through Saturday and free all day Sunday. There are also parking garages located around Harrisburg City. Here are a few of the closest: 1. South St. Garage 220 South St. Harrisburg PA 17101 - Parking is available 24/7, 365 days a year for monthly parkers only. - Daily parking customers must enter on Monday through Friday between the hours of 5 AM – 7 PM, and may exit at anytime with a ticket. - 736 spaces, 720 regular and 16 handicap in the parking garage. - Clearance height 6’9”. - Cash and all major credit cards​ accepted.
