Wonderful Central Location only 15 minutes to city hills or beach. Great for travellers. A large bedroom with kitchenette, high bench seating for two and private, not shared, modern en-suite. Private entry. This accommodation is on local transport routes to city, or Marion. Quiet suburb with nearby cafes, local restaurants to eat in or take away, shops, and supermarkets. Most within close walking distance. Very comfy Queen bed. The space The space is generous and has a wardrobe with hanging space. Your own entry ensures you complete privacy. The kitchenette has a microwave, small bar fridge, kettle, toaster, and all the usual crockery for your light breakfast. Reverse cycle heating and cooling. Comfy all year. A cab or uber from the city is around $25, but public transport is about 6 houses away. A light continental breakfast is provided. Guest access The room and bathroom are completely private. Entry is via driveway which may be housing my motorhome. Street parking is available. Walk left hand side of van to access key safe for keys to your private accommodation. Other things to note Walking distance: Many Take aways. Approximately 8 houses away on Winston avenue there are 2 pizza bars, a Vietnamese restaurant, coffee shop, hairdresser, barber and more. At the other end of the street on Goodwood Road, (5 minutes walk) is chemist, Indian restaurant, Thai, Korean and more. Slightly further but still walking distance are 2 supermarkets, many more shops, bakery, a gym and most things you could need. Buses are available from both these roads into town or down south very easily. It is only a 40 minute drive to the Mclaren vale wine region. 15 minutes to Glenelg beach. A truly central spot to radiate from. Bathroom has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
