Villa Jesenice

Villa Jesenice is located in the western part of the Czech Republic, just a few kilometers from the German border. This modern and newly built villa is located in the quiet recreational area of Mechová, just a few steps from the shores of the Jesenice reservoir. It offers an ideal combination of tranquility, comfort and proximity to nature. The Mechová area is one of the most sought-after recreational locations around the Jesenice water reservoir, which is ideal for swimming, fishing and water sports. The villa is NOT a place for PARTIES! ❌ 50°02'44.5"N 12°24'54.9"E Guest access The Villa can accommodate 7 people. In one room with a bunk bed - 3 people (single bed, bunk bed). In the second room - 2 people (double bed). Living room - 2 people (folding sofa that sleeps 2 people). Other things to note Smaller pets are allowed for a fee. CZK 290 per night / €12 per dog per night. Security deposit of €50 / refundable deposit of CZK 1,200 LARGE BREEDS PROHIBITED ❌ Large dog breeds are not allowed! It is also possible to rent a boat without an engine - the price is 2500 CZK/100€ for 7 days, or 500 CZK/20€ per day. The water in the house is only usable (mild rust). Each guest will receive 10 liters of bottled water for their stay.
