All pets must be leashed when outside of home. Extra Driveway for Boat Trailer if needed. Propane for grill and firewood for firepit not provided. Quiet time is between 10pm and 8 am. Please do not play outside music and keep noise to a minimum in order to respect our neighbors. Are there smoking restrictions? No Smoking / No Fireworks- Evidence of smoking or fireworks will result immediate eviction. Are parties allowed? Exceeding maximum capacity or large parties will result in immediate eviction. Are linens provided? The Linen Fee is mandatory and will be included in the reservation total. What is the cancellation policy? Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
