The apartment combines historic charm with modern comfort: exposed beams, cozy rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub & shower, sleeping arrangements for 4-6 people and a charming gallery with a workplace. A unique experience for anyone looking for something special! The space Our apartment is located in the middle of the Franconian lake district and therefore offers many leisure opportunities. Many hiking and cycling trails along the Limes invite you to explore nature and the excavation sites. Lake Brombach is within 5 minutes, Lake Altmühl within 15 minutes. Among other things, there is a wakeboard facility, a high ropes course including a zipline, mini golf courses, fishing opportunities, laser tag and much more in the immediate vicinity. The cities of Gunzenhausen and Weißenburg are each 10 minutes away. The apartment is located directly on the B13, which makes a quick arrival and departure possible. Wallbox for electric cars available, can be used by arrangement. Please note that the second bedroom with the two single beds as shown in the pictures is located on an open gallery with a rather steep staircase as access. It is kept open and has no door of its own. If you are traveling with (small) children, please consider whether the gallery is suitable as a bedroom. If necessary, a door guard can be installed. If you have any questions, just get in touch! Guest access The vacation apartment is located on the property of the owners. The separate entrance can be reached via the garden. A staircase leads to the apartment on the 2nd floor. The garden and terrace are not part of the apartment. Other things to note This is a non-smoking apartment
