Our huge open kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need including all stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove and is outfitted with everything you’ll need for home cooking. You’ll have room to spread out in our large living and dining spaces. Our living room has a 65 inch Smart TV and a cozy, electric fireplace for our chilly winters. We also have central AC and a lovely patio for summer enjoyment. We have 2 large bedrooms upstairs, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closet. One bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. The Laundry closet is conveniently located on the second floor and includes a full-size washer and dryer. For additional guests, a Queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room. This home has a separate, private entrance and includes the use of one bay of a two-car garage plus additional parking in driveway. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the Orchard Park village restaurants, shops and coffee shops. Come enjoy our Home away from Home!
