Guest access Guest's have full, private, exclusive access to the townhome and backyard. There is a large parking area in front of the townhome. Other things to note Since the hot tub is fed by natural hot springs water it is normal to see some sediment in the bottom of the tub. The water is fresh and clean and changed out between every stay.
