Tipsy Hill Cottage, River Views at Walker Flat

Tipsy Hill is located at Forster, just across the river from Walker Flat. Tipsy Hill is well known for its amazing scenery, bird watching and access to a quiet lagoon. Enjoy the magic sunsets over the River. Please be aware the bathroom is separate from the room. It requires you to walk 10 metres across a carport to the outside bathroom. The space The guest room has a queen size bed, lounge suite, dining table and 4 chairs and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has basic facilities including a fridge, stove, microwave, kitchen sink, cooking equipment. There is a TV and board games / cards for entertainment. We have supplied tea and coffee. Outside there is a Jack and Jill seat for you to sit and enjoy the serenity and views of the river. Guest access The entire room and offset bathroom is available for guest use. Guests can also walk down to the river and enjoy the jetty and lagoon. Other things to note There is a paddle board available for your use while staying at Tipsy Hill. You need to bring your own life jacket. The lagoon is about a metre deep. We can also supply a basic continental breakfast - 3 types of cereal, fresh bread, spreads, 2 types of milk - skim and full cream, orange juice and tea and coffee.
