Within the land belonging to the Villa, near the internal spring, the paths of the Italian Alpine Center depart. The apartment has a large outdoor terrace (40-50 square meters), with a sea view overlooking the island of Montecristo. The apartment, while enjoying perfect autonomy with respect to the others, allows you to plan a stay for 2/3 groups of friends or family interested in spending a stay together.
