Perfect for families, friends, or anyone who loves a good balcony breeze and a well-stocked kitchen :) The apartment features: - 3 bedrooms: two with double beds, and third is is a smaller room (shown as an office in the pictures) with a pull-out bed that can be made into a small double - A TV room/living room with textured glass doors that can be converted into a 4th bedroom with up to two single mattresses on the floor (see photos) - 2 modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and double vanity - A fully equipped open kitchen with all the gadgets you could dream of (we love to cook!) :) - A cozy reading nook, a private balcony, and a laundry area - High ceilings, original beams, and lots of natural light - A soapstone (Kleberstein) fireplace for extra warmth and charm - A laundry area, with a washing machine and dryer, all available for your convenience. - Fresh towels and linen are provided. 🌿 Courtyard charm: The apartment opens onto a peaceful shared courtyard with trees, a picnic table, swings, and a see-saw—perfect for a morning coffee or letting little ones play safely. 🛍️ Convenience: There’s a convenience store right downstairs, just across from the building entrance, and several supermarkets nearby—the closest is just a 2-minute walk away. 🚋 Getting around: Nybrua tram stop (lines 11, 12, 18) is a 2-minute walk Oslo Central Station is just 2 tram stops away (approx. 4 minutes tram ride) or a 16-18 minute walk. 🚗 Parking & EV charging: There’s limited street parking nearby (free on Sundays), but for longer stays we recommend Schouskvartalet P-hus, its pedestrian exit is less than a minute from the apartment and it offers EV charging. This is our personal home, so you’ll find some of our belongings around, however there is plenty of space in the closets, the kitchen, and bathrooms for your stay, and we’re always happy to accommodate your needs where we can. Please note that smoking is strictly not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony. A cleaning fee of NOK 3,000 will apply if this rule is violated. Please also note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator, as is typical for many charming older buildings in central Oslo. We’ve been Airbnb guests for years, but this is our first summer hosting, and we’re excited to welcome you!
