The space 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 bunk-twin/full, futon, sleeper sofa, 5 people Hot tub, fenced yard, large driveway. stocked kitchen, large TV, many games. Guest access sunroom gets very hot/cold. please do not leave children/pets/elderly unattended. sunroom is best enjoyed during rainy, gloomy, cloudy, mild tempered days, early morning, or late evening. please open window and sliding door to release some hot air and create a breeze. Other things to note dog fee applies to any dog visiting the property. hot tub usage between 8am-9pm.
