Home in Mumbles

A comfortable and stylish 2 double-bedroom house in the Mumbles. This is my lovely home – I am away a lot for work and want other people to enjoy it as much as I do. This home is located in a quiet close, 2 minutes walking from the beach, 3 minutes from the castle and 7 minutes from Mumbles high street with all it has to offer. The space On the ground floor there is a large open plan living space with a wood burning stove, a dining table, a large sofa, a smart TV, and a record player. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need, including a Nespresso, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms (one king size bed, the other a standard double) and a bathroom. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower There is Wifi throughout the property Outside to the rear there is beautiful garden with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and from the upstairs front of the house, spectacular views of Swansea Bay. The area to me is practically perfect. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops of Mumbles and a 1 mile to walk to the impressive beach of Langland Bay. At the same time the close is very quiet and it is very tranquil when sitting in the garden. The bird song is impressive from the woods next to the close that surround Mumbles Castle. A walk down the bottom of the road leads you to the seafront and the views of the bay are spectacular. To note: There are many steps. Steep Steps leading up from the street to the front door, open wooden stairs in the property and the garden is also terraced, with steps to access the tiers. It keeps me fit but it may not be suitable for some people.
