The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a double bed in each bedroom and a set of twin bunk beds. Air conditioning is window units in 2 bedrooms. Guests provide their own bed linens and towels. There are a firepit and gas grill. Lots of room to enjoy the lake with fishing, swimming and a dock for your boat. Great location to enjoy Indian Lake! Guest access The whole cottage, yard, dock in front of cottage and two parking places. Other things to note This rental is in a quiet area with neighbors on both sides. Guests are only those on reservation- no day guests or parties. A limit of six (4 adults) on the property and respect for the neighbors is expected. No pets or smoking.
