The space 20 years ago we fulfilled a dream and set the first stone of our beautiful natural stone house - in the middle of a hill in the Cilento. Over the years, a beautiful property has emerged - inspired by southern Italian life, friendships with locals and interesting acquaintances with our guests. The apartment with a duplex character is perfect for two people. It has a private terrace with fantastic views of the sea. A spiral staircase connects the lower and upper floors of the apartment. The apartment includes a living area with kitchenette and a furnished terrace with sea view in the upper part. In the lower area are the bedroom with double bed, the bathroom with shower/toilet and another terrace. Sitting by the fireplace, having breakfast on the terrace with sea view or blinking the sun in the face when you wake up - peace and relaxation are guaranteed here! Other things to note In principle, it is possible to bring your dog (or even a cat). The immediate surroundings of the house are ideal for uncomplicated walks. However, Casa Melagrana 1 has an open spiral staircase - this is usually rather unsuitable for animals. Please be aware of this before you book.
