Welcome to La Petite Ferme aux Prés, In the heart of the meadows, our old renovated farmhouse welcomes you for a quiet, authentic and comfortable break, in the heart of the Roanne countryside. Located just 10 km from the Côte Roannaise vineyard, our farm is also an ideal base from which to discover local wines, hiking trails, and bike rides. We will welcome you with simplicity and kindness. At La Petite Ferme aux Prés, come slow down, and feel at home. The space The accommodation, independent and adjoining our house, is ideal for a getaway for two, as a family or alone. You will find all the comforts you need for a quiet, authentic break in the heart of the Roanne countryside. • A fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, traditional coffee machine and Dolce Gusto capsule, iron... • Two bedrooms with 160 cm bedding and closets. • Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and hairdryer. • TV, WiFi. • Garden furniture and parasol to enjoy the sunny days. Guest access You can enjoy the entire 59 m2 accommodation, its 108 m2 exterior as well as the 36 m2 private uncovered parking for two cars. Other things to note Our accommodation does not accept pets. The rooms do not have baby beds and are not recommended for young children, the 2 beds are 160 cm mattresses. In case of absence on our part, we will leave you instructions for a pleasant start to your stay.
