Cozy Hershey- Harrisburg Hideout w/ Hot tub

Welcome to our recently updated and charming house🏡, perfectly situated for your adventures in the Hershey and Harrisburg region! Located in a lively neighborhood, our home offers a relaxing retreat with easy access to excitement of Hershey Park (24 minutes drive), and convenience of Intl. Airport 🛫🛬(3 minutes drive). Whether you're here for thrilling rides🎢, family fun, business travel or exploring the local history, our house is your ideal home base. We look forward to hosting you! The space First thing you'll see is a driveway, big enough to park 3 to 4 cars. The Enclosed Front Porch: Before you even head inside, you'll find our front porch -the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee (or evening drink!) and watch the ✈️airplanes take off and land. The house has 3 bedrooms with 1 closet in each. The house has 1 bathroom with all essential supplies. (Shower gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Handsoap, Facial tissues, toilet papers, Makeup remover sheets, Swabs, Hair dryer, Air freshner, Towels, Hand towels, Wash cloths and trash liners) A loaded kitchen, dining room & living room. Living room with 55" smart tv and a thermostat on a wall, infant basinet and a console table with an electric fire place. (There are some interesting board games in the TV console) Kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, large oven, table top oven, Ninja food processor, toaster, Keurig & drip coffee machine, and an electric water kettle. (We provide coffee, keurig pods, creamer , sugar & tea) There's a closet in the foyer (on the left when you walk-in from the front door for your coats and shoes). We also keep an umbrella and snow brush in it just incase if you need it. The sunroom with hot tub is in the back, which can be accessed via the door in the kitchen. The sunroom also has a picnic table, corn hole and 4-in-a-row (games). From the kitchen, there is another door in the kitchen which leads to the basement. We do not advertise the basement as it is unfinished. However we have washer & dryer in there which you're welcome to use as you like. (We provide detergent pods) From the sunroom and from the parking, you can access the back yard, which is fully fenced for your privacy. It has the floating deck with seating arrangements and an umbrella enough to provide shade in the deck. Guest access Our entire place is yours when you stay at our home. Other things to note Absolutely NO SMOKING or PARTY at our property. Also, do not trash the place. We provide garbage cans with enough trash bags.
