Other things to note Pool heating: The pool requires advance notice for heating, as it takes time to reach the desired temperature depending on weather conditions. Spa heating is $79 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if the pool heating was purchased) is $179 per day each day you booked; 2-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat). Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay. Parking: 2 Drive Way Spots, 2 Covered Garage & Street Parking, EV Charger Please note that for stays of 28 days or longer, a monthly utilities fee applies. The amount may vary depending on the season. Must be paid upfront. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
