The sprawling first floor has a well appointed kitchen, cozy Living Room for communing and a front Dining Room for enjoying meals with everyone. It opens up to an "old style" Americana front porch which is great to sit around on and enjoy the fresh air and people of the neighborhood. Other things to note No parties or events allowed.
