Welcome to Delaware! My place is a large duplex on a half acre in a nice neighborhood. Both bedrooms have Queens, and a floor mattress or couch for additional guests. It's central to the Metroplex, while being snuggled in a quiet area. PETS: Must pre-approve. $40 per pet. (Additional pets charged after booking) Must crate in bedroom, with door shut, if left alone. Cowboy/Rangers: 20 Minutes Six Flags: 16 Minutes Love Field: 16 Minutes DFW Airport: 16 Min Dallas: 15 Min Fort Worth: 30 Min The space My place is ready for some great travelers to have a relaxing place to call their "Home away from home". You can expect a clean, quiet and comfortable place to rest and relax during your journey. The place is a spacious 1,100 sqft and has all the basic cookware, filtered water and ice, large bedrooms and a has "Rain Shower" head to relax in your Modern Oasis Bathroom. Master has a half bath as well. There is a floor mattresses and I provide additional bedding. Guest access You will have access to the 700 side of this duplex. Parking is in the driveway, in the back of the house (2 spots) in front of the garage doors. Home has a coded lock so feel free to arrive anytime after 4PM. Late Check ins welcome! I always do my best to get the place cleaned as soon as possible, while trying to accommodate request for everyone. If I am able to get the place ready prior to 4, I will be sure to let you know. Other things to note I put my heart into this place so please treat it like home :) Smoking inside is strictly Prohibited ($250 fine will be applied). I will provide all the amenities you would expect from a Hotel (and more) to ensure a home away from home. This includes cookware, dishes, towels, sheets etc. Safety is important to us! External surveillance are used to monitor the outside of the property. There is a cameras are on the soffit of the property, In the front and back and face away from the house for total privacy. -Check out- Clean all used dishes and replace where you found them Place AC on 78 or Heat on 62 Leave the place, generally, the way your found it -Pets- Pets MUST be crated in one of the bedrooms, with the door shut, if left alone.
