Located in a quiet, non-smoking suburb in north San Diego county, my home is South off the Shadowridge Drive exit of route 78, equal distance from routes 5 or 15. A place for business travelers, serious students, you may walk to restaurants, shopping, tennis, golf, and a park! Centrally located you will be fifteen minutes from Gemological Institute(GIA), Golf Academy(GAA),LaCosta Resort & Spa, Carlsbad Palomar Airport, train stations, Legoland, and Buccaneer Beach in Oceanside. Easy to OC/SD. The space Your private suite is just inside the front door with full bath, TV, closet, and a workspace for laptop or tablet. A super comfy queen size pillow mattress sleigh bed awaits you. Guest access Breakfast each morning in the kitchen begins at 7:30am - 10:00am. The menu includes coffee/tea, fresh fruit, biscotti, waffles, hard boiled eggs, or oatmeal to be consumed on the nearby kitchen table. The livingroom is available and adjacent to the Guest bedroom. There is designated street parking across the street from the front door. A comfortable yard with furniture is available in the back off the kitchen. During your stay Looking forward to meeting you at the mutually agreed upon check-in time, I will usually be available during breakfast time 7:30am - 10:00am. I will also be available for the mutually agreed upon check-out time. Other things to note My pet cat "Tiger" is an indoor cat. He is an indoor cat for his safety since there are local critters. He is very friendly and likes people. The doors are to be opened cautiously so he does not slip outside!
